Allen Frizzell Art Print 11x14"

$50.00

This art print is from a painting I did of my dad, Allen Frizzell. In the photo I painted, he was holding his older brother, Lefty’s guitar.

Dad started singing and playing guitar at 19, and even lived with Lefty for a time.

He was at one time on MCA records and Sony Records as an artist, had a BMI Million-Aire award for songwriting (was a writer on a #1 hit for Gene Watson). He was the opening act for my grandmother, Dottie West, then lead guitarist for Frizzell and West (mom and uncle David). He still tours doing Christian Country. One of the most talented people I know. Go listen to him sing “I Never Go Around Mirrors.”

The print has both my signature, and my dad’s.
